I LOVE the colors on the piece you executed that well, the shading,or lack of it, worked well!

Originality I say you got your own thing going on and I like it!

Vision and Technique...well I could kinda get at your vision but your technique lacked so it wasn't clear.I highly recommend doing many different poses try something dynamic!
Be bold!Because there was next to zero movement the Impact kinda dyed...think of guy on a unicycle flailing his arms about. Now think of a guy in the back of the room in grey just standing there.Movement has impact!Use it!
Try different things experiment more would be my over all subjection.
